Greeting Card Design & Illustration
As part of Quilling Card’s award-winning design team, I contributed to quarterly illustration planning and card development, helping shape the brand’s distinctive lineup of handcrafted greeting cards. I often collaborated closely with quillers in Vietnam to transform my flat concepts into intricate 3D paper art. My illustration process blended traditional and digital techniques—including graphite, colored pencil, watercolor, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop—to bring each design to life with both depth and personality.
Product Launch & Packaging Design
I was responsible for leading the full visual and physical development of Quilling Card’s Create-a-Quill DIY kits. From designing the packaging and crafting instructional layouts to photographing final product shots and sourcing all included materials, I brought this project to life with a focus on both form and function. The kit was designed to be inviting, intuitive, and gift-worthy—blending user-friendly design with creative flexibility. Every detail, from layout to lighting, was crafted to showcase the product’s quality and make quilling approachable for beginners and satisfying for experienced crafters alike.

Email Marketing
Using both strong design sensibilities and marketing strategy, I created engaging email campaigns across various platforms. Most of my work was done in Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and HubSpot, where I built newsletters, automated flows, and promotional emails that aligned with each brand’s tone and visual identity.
Social Media Content
Designed and developed graphics, animations, and short-form videos tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Focused on creating consistent, polished, and timely content that helped boost engagement while maintaining brand cohesion across all channels.
Promotional Packaging
Designed and sourced manufacturing for a custom promotional quilled card box, created to showcase product variety while elevating the unboxing experience. The box was tailored for both aesthetic appeal and functionality, with thoughtful compartmentalization and branding that reflected the handcrafted nature of the cards inside. From dieline development to vendor coordination, every detail was managed to ensure a high-quality, gift-ready presentation piece that supported both marketing and retail goals.
Presentations
Created polished, purpose-driven presentations for a variety of internal and external audiences—including product pitches, strategy decks, educational content, and promotional proposals. With a strong understanding of visual hierarchy and storytelling, I developed clear, engaging layouts that supported key messaging and brand identity. Most presentations were built in PowerPoint, with custom graphics, image editing, and layout refinement to ensure clarity, cohesion, and professional impact.
Key Account Management - American Greetings
As the dedicated account manager for American Greetings at Quilling Card, I led the development of custom quilled designs tailored to their brand vision and audience. I created design proposals, illustrated concepts, and delivered finalized artwork for their exclusive product line—bridging client goals with our in-house capabilities. This role combined creative direction with relationship management, ensuring each piece met American Greetings’ standards while showcasing the handcrafted artistry that defines Quilling Card.
Product Photography
At Quilling Card, I captured the delicate artistry of handcrafted paper designs through thoughtfully styled product photography. My approach emphasized clarity, warmth, and visual storytelling—showcasing the depth and dimension of each quilled piece across print, web, and social platforms. From staging and lighting to editing and retouching, I ensured each image highlighted the intricate textures and vibrant colors that define the brand. These photos not only supported e-commerce and marketing efforts, but also helped convey the tactile charm and craftsmanship of every design.
Video Production & Animation
From concept to final cut, I produced engaging video content to elevate product launches, brand storytelling, and social campaigns. My work includes everything from stop-motion and 2D animation to instructional videos, promotional reels, and behind-the-scenes features. With a strong eye for pacing, sound design, and motion graphics, I crafted videos that were both visually striking and strategically effective. Whether directing shoots, filming Facebook LIVE content, editing footage in Adobe Premiere Pro, or animating assets in Abode After Effects, I aimed to bring products to life through movement, mood, and message.

I had the honor of creating the production print files for the official Guinness World Record holder for the Largest Paper Quilling Mosaic (Image). This intricate and collaborative project brought together the talents of artists and quillers from around the world, and I’m proud to have played a key role in translating the vision into precise, scalable print-ready files that made the final installation possible.
